The  white wine "Aspros Lagos"vintage 2012 has just been released from Douloufakis winery. The variety is  Vidiano which was cropped early September 2012.
It has been fermented and matured for 5 months in barrels. We used acacia wood barrels and French oak.

The wine has a golden color because of  his maturity in the barrels with lemon - green  highlights due to  its freshness and youth.  It has  citrus and flowers  aromaswith rich flavor. Also combines notes of vanilla and dry fruits that gives complexity to taste.
