Our winery is an environmental friendly business.
Nothing is useless or harmful. During the wine production, from  the harvest to the bottling, all waste is  recycled or re-used in the nutritional in various ways!
During the harvest period  grapes  are seperated from the stems.
The stem are placed in large baskets and are offered to the shepherds of the area in order to feed their sheep and goats.
They’re very nutritional   for the animal  and we are glad we don’t waste them!

Moreover, all  useless packaging materials (bottles, boxes, etc.)  , are placed in the blue bins, in order to be recycled and re-used.
Because we believe that taking care of the environment  is a  duty to our children  and not an ephemeral trend.
