The Aspros Lagos White 2025 vintage, made from Vidiano, has been released.
The Aspros Lagos series holds special significance for all of us at Douloufakis Winery, as it represents the ultimate challenge both in the vineyard and in the winery.
It originates from the finest parcels of our privately owned, namesake vineyard located in Dafnes, Heraklion, at an altitude of 350–450 meters, expressing the highest and most refined interpretation of this distinctive terroir.
The Aspros Lagos White 2025 vintage has just been released.
It embodies our full commitment to the exceptional Cretan Vidiano grape. Fermentation and aging in acacia and oak barrels have added layers of complexity—honey, vanilla, and chestnut—framing a core of exotic and yellow fruit. The result is a dense, generous wine that retains freshness and vibrant acidity without compromise.
