Grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon Grape grown in Crete, Greece

Cabernet Sauvignon is the undisputed king of red varieties. We can find it everywhere, in almost all regions of the world. Perhaps today it is the most recognisable grape variety and certainly one of the most popular. Wines from Cabernet Sauvignon variety have a strong and usually easily recognisable personality. Deep-coloured with dense aromas of forest black fruits, embellished by several others, depending on the area, the barrel or the ripeness of the grapes. They are tannic wines with rich taste, suitable for long aging.
