Kotsifali Cretan grape variety is a truly remarkable red variety of Crete. It is grown mainly in the prefecture of Heraklion and gives wines of high aromatic intensity and medium acidity. Participates in blends to round off more tart varieties such as Mandilari,as well as Syrah, giving us a complex and very interesting blend.
