Ingredients for 4 people

1kg veal chops
vegetables
salt
pepper
oregano
thyme

How to cook veal chops

Wash the steaks and dry thoroughly.
In a large bowl, sprinkle with oil, oregano and thyme and leave them in the fridge for a while.
Then bake on grill and turn frequently. Towards getting done, salt and  pepper and accompany with roasted vegetables.

Combines well with Douloufakis “Aspros Lagos” red dry wine.
