Wine bottling
the last stage
Bottling is very important for the wine.
It is the last stage of the production process and includes all the steps of the bottling line. The basic pieces of machinery for this procedure are: the washing machine, where the bottles are rinsed with water, the filler and the corker. The classic method of corking uses natural corks which isolate the wine from microorganisms and prevent air infiltration. Cork is produced from the bark of a particular tree. After filling and corking, a plastic or tin capsule is applied to the neck of the bottle. Next, the bottle enters a labelling machine (labeller) where a label is applied.
