Aspros Lagos Douloufakis 2019 from Vidiano grapes

The new vintage 2019 of "Aspros Lagos" or "White Hare" has just been released.
It is a unique barrel fermented white wine with rich taste and complicated character which are partly due to the five-month barrel maturation.
It has intense aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits and a delicate buttery bouquet of a slight beeswax scent, apricot, linden and melon. While being aged in bottle, its rich flavour gets velvet, buttery and develops an elegant mineral flavour in the background.
